I am writing this to let you know that I have recently received excellent customer service from Travis Reagan and Billy Pruitt in your Service Department. I purchased my car from you in march of 2006 and have used your service department many times, however this is by far the best service I have received.

I had my car in service on Saturday, March 27 and Travis and Billy went above and beyond to help me and provide the best service ever and this is very much appreciated! When I purchased my car, I bought the extended warranty to cover my vehicle for 85K miles and what I thought was for 5 years. On saturdaym I learned that it was for 4 years.  When Travis informed me of this it ruined my day.  My car car has about 72K miles on it and and oviously if I had known that my warranty expired 10 days prior I would have had my car in your service department before I did. As i turned out, some of the work that needed to be done was covered under a parts warranty so the news of my expired warranty wasnt as bad as I origionaly thought. Some additional repairs were done which I did pay for and unfortunately werent covered, but Travis and Billy really helped me out and made what could have been a bad experience a great one and it will not be forgotten.

Just a note to extend kudos to two members in your service department: namely, Gloria Lindsay and Brad Swenson.

You certainly have the right gal for the job of assisting your service managers! She's friendly, polite and awlways helpful..and an excellent people person! It's obvious she lover her job. Don't let her slip away.

Now for Brad...I followed him from his previous dealership. At the onset no one would tell me where he went but my persistence paid off and they finally told me.  He was my service manager for more than 5 years and I never had a problem with his work for me. Everuthing was done as promised and in a timely fashion. You hit the jackpot with this one also!

I am writing to inform you of what an outstanding service advisor you have at our location. My daughter and I were traveling back to Idaho from Tucson when her vehicle broke down in a suberb outside of peoria.  We had planned to have it towed to another dealership which was closer; however, after reviewing the various locations on my blackberry I decided to call and ask a few questions and that is how I ended up speaking to Micheal Harrington.

Micheal was very courteous, understood the problem and was there to help. I mentioned to Micheal that there was a warranty on the vehiclem so he went a step further and pulled up the warranty information.  The other dealership did not ask for this info, rather, I felt whoever I was speaking to wanted to just get off the phone.  When Micheal pulled up the warranty information it made me rest with ease since I had no idea what would be covered.  At that time, I then knew we were in good hands and that were were going to have a good experience.

After discussing the warranty, I then asked about a rental car and Michael said that was not a problem that you had loaners on side and he would take care of it upon our arrival.  The other dealership never indicated they would rent us a vehicle or even assist us in doing so...

Many hours later we arrived with 2 cats and a very full car since my daughter is moving back with us during the school break.  We were exhausted from waiting on the tow truck.  When we finally arrived at your location, I beleive it was around closing time. Micheal was there waiting for us with the rental ready and even gave us a wonderful recomendation for a hotel near by. Micheal also gave us his cell phone number in case we had any trouble getting through to him.  We felt very confident that our vehicle was in good hands.

After a few days, the car was ready to go! Before we drove off Micheal went the extra mile and even cleaned the windows, he had all the paperwork ready and we were on our way home! During our trek home Michael even called to check on us and make sure that were no issues with thevehicle during the long journey home....NOW THAT IS IMPRESSIVE! Please ensure Michael is commened for a great job and let him know that we made it home safe and the vehicle is still running like new!

Both Rick and Evan were exceptionally helpful, patient and pleasant. They helped us find the right vehicle and the right financing. Although this was an employee (retiree) purchase, we received a great price for our trade-in and the out-the-door price was considerable better than what was offered by other Chrysler product dealers. We highly recommend Moore Chrysler Jeep and both Rick and Evan. (Note: One of our family members will be in next Saturday to look at a 200 convertible)

We recently had a vehicle totalled in an accident. Rick Watson-sales was excellent in helping us find the perfect vehicle. Working with Rick Watson with assistance from Matt Moore, we recenlty made a great deal to replace our totalled vehicle (Chry. Town & Country) and my aging Kia with 2 newly used Chrysler Town & Country vans with Lifetime MaxCare Warranties. The peace of mind we will have for years to come is outstanding. It was an absolute pleasure working with Moore Chrysler Jeep on my vehicle purchase. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly and the price was the best in the state on my vehicle purchase. In addition, my sales person Susie Sarkis was an extreme pleasure to work with as she has a true gift when assisting her customers. Lastly, as I discovered, Moore Chrysler is a family owned business. To my pleasure, the owner, Mr. Matt Moore, introduced himself to me personally and made me feel special, which is rare in this day and age. I had a great experience with both the dealership and the salesman during my recent new car purchase. Mitchell was informative and helped me to locate multiple vehicles I liked. He was very patient and allowed me time to make the right decision for me. The low pressure sales was refreshing. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over 1 hour. The gentleman that finalized the sale was quick and prompt and explained all the paperwork in detail. Next time I am in the market for purchasing another vehicle my first stop will be Moore Chrysler Jeep and Mitchell Smith.

I have been buying cars for well over 40 years. This experience was unique. My wife and I were in the market for a new Chrysler Town & country. I emailed several valley dealers. I received a call back in less than 10 minutes. It was fast maybe to fast. However, I spoke with Steve Sands and explained to him exactly what we were looking for. He quoted me a price and based off our research we concludd that this was a fair price for dealer and customer. I told him I would be in around 6 p.m. the folowing day. I arrived a the dealer and the vehicle was pulled up front with a full tank of gas and completely detailed. We took it for a 30 minute test drive. It was perfect. We went over the numbers again and it was exactly as agreed upon. They gathered our information and introduced us to Evan. He was through and fast. Evan explained the after market options such as a exteneded warranty, maitenance, alarms and other options. My wife and I agreed to purchase a "LIFEIME" warranty only. Yes, I said "LIFETIME"! As long as we own the vehicle we have full coverage. Evan was a very plesurable gentelman to work with. The whole process probably took less than 1 hour. We have never been out of a dealer that fast. The whole experience was incredible and painless. We were introduced to the service manager Mike Harington. Mike gave us a little tour of the service dept. We want to express how happy we are with this dealership. We look forward to a long relationship with the Moore's.
